Interior Design

Master Planning

The master planning process delves into site and building analysis and steers a course through local regulatory approval procedures. EA balances the possibilities presented by each site and the demands of construction, the local community, and its economy. We intend the master plan to embody a vision that also provides a roadmap on how to accomplish intended goals. We feel a well-formulated master plan offers a flexible outline that inspires and guides project development. A successful master plans remains rooted in the individual character of the community. They also incorporate an inventive vision for the future development of each planning site. The process starts with meticulous analysis that engages both our clients and team of consultants. Collaborating across several disciplines, we research and generate ideas that enhance the overall soundness of the ultimate product. By engaging all stakeholders, a consensus is built that supports smooth execution of our plans.

Architectural

EA build a close working relationship with the client on every project. The firm has extensive experience in new building as well as in remodeling and interior design. We deliver our services backed with the support of carefully selected consultants whose expertise is matched to the needs of individual project requirements. The diverse disciplines of associated consultants include, but are not limited to: structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), plumbing, Acoustical Engineering, and Landscape Design. We achieve coordination between trades and efficiency in planning by employing Building Information Modeling technologies (BIM).  Our work history encompasses wide range of project types from residential and commercial to large scale developments and bridges. The residential project work has ranged from single-family residences to multi-family and high rises. Our commercial assignments have included a variety of purposes, including hotels and restaurants. Even though the firm’s experience covers a wide range of project types we are excited to be challenged, since architecture is a process of constant learning.
